The March Park was laid out in 1926-1928 on the site of the Schmelzer Friedhof and named after the March Revolution in 1848. 35 revolutionaries were buried in the cemetery. 23 bodies were exhumed on September 6, 1888 and transferred to the new Vienna Central Cemetery.

My house park, very nice but small. Located right in front of the town hall

Medium-sized park in the northern Rudolfsheim five-house. Offers plenty of seating and quite a lot of trees, which provide shade. The town hall is also right next to it, if you want to bridge the waiting time, you can sit in the park. In the park there are also sports cages for the children and a playground. Basically it is clean, but in some places a bit neglected. The audience is not uncomfortable - but you can tell that you are not in a posh district. Overall, the Märzpark is better than the neighboring Vogelweidpark.
