What unpleasant staff!!! I am in Vienna on holiday, this is the only open pharmacy because of a national holiday and when I ring the bell to ask for medicine at 14:00 (not some ungodly hour) the lady comes and starts raising her voice at me in German. Didn't speak any English, so I tell her I will use google translate to explain what I need and she walks off! This place is lucky austrian laws protect, otherwise such horrible service wouldn't exist.

If possible avoid this drugstore. In this street you'll find at least two much better organised and friendly stores within five minutes of walking distance

Avoid this pharmacy, they sold me an expired product!

I'm not sure why this pharmacy has such a bad rep. They always have the things I need (unlike Kaiserkrone and others who seem to prioritize on selling lotion and herbal remedies over actual drugs) - which I think is by far the most important thing. Frankly, I don't know how it is that such a tiny pharmacy can have this many more drugs than much larger ones around it. The wait time is usually alright (even if the queue reaches out the door with it being such a tiny place) and most of the people are reasonably friendly. If it was the closest to my home, I'd come here whenever I need to. But I keep making the mistake of going to e.g. Kaiserkrone first and then I usually come here afterwards anyway (since either the queues at Kaiserkrone are crazy or they don't have what I need).
