Thermen maintenance and drain cleaning were carried out as agreed. A larger spare part was quickly organized during the thermal maintenance. Workers were friendly. The spa is running like new again and the drain also.

2 hours before a 1 week previously agreed appointment simply canceled. The boss is extremely rude and unevaluable.

After the chimney sweep turned off the gas, because the spa had too high exhaust gas values, I called the Lackner. He gave me an hour after the chimney sweep was gone by 3 technicians who then quickly and cleanly disassembled the spa, cleaned and replaced defective parts. They were very friendly and have responded to curious questions from the background always nice and explained :) Super happy with it! Gladly again!

Can only warn against this company. Absolute rip-off! Charges for 12km route in Vienna during the day (outside any rush hours) almost two hours journey time. On request also very unfriendly and level. Bottom drawer.....

We were unfortunately ripped off by those who gave us a completely overdrawn bill.
