Incredibly rude. Hope she doesn't get any more orders. When asked for a viewing appointment, she replied: This is not a villa, just an apartment, there are no viewing appointments and no videos, as there are photos on the site. For 495.- she would certainly not take any effort. Not a single star deserves!

WARNING! Today there was a mass inspection of a very popular apartment in the 8th district. Every 15 minutes the interested parties came in in groups of four and were allowed to take a quick look around. Ms. F.-L. was apparently clear anyway that a tenant would be found at the end of the day and therefore did not really try to talk to the interested parties. I sent her proof of income and an "application letter" for the apartment 3 days before the visit, which I briefly introduced myself to. Ms. F.-L.'s answer: "I looked at your documents at all, I only look at the documents after the tenant has selected them." The question now arises, according to which criteria the broker selects the tenant. A conversation is not discussed and documents are not used to decide anyway ... After 33 years of professional experience, Ms. F.-L. apparently still not aware of the important task a broker has towards the landlord. According to §3 broker law, a broker has to protect the interests of the landlord. There is a duty of loyalty in Austrian private law. How do these principles work with Ms. F.-L. to agree??? It's a shame that Ms. F.-L. doesn't take their reviews to heart, but I hope that at least the next landlords will take them into account.

Rude, arrogant and incompetent. That's never happened to me. How can you only hire somebody like you as owner? Well, it does not seem to be an isolated case judging by these ratings! But want to pay off this measure of incompetence and insolence. tztztz

I've never experienced anything like that .. Pure rip off and only lies are told! The apartment in which I lived for 2 months is rented again people !! ATTENTION römergasse 72 .. !! The people who live above me are cheeky it was constantly loud, never rest, always stress and arguments with the neighbors The broker Mrs. Fritz is the purest rip-off, she only looks as fast as possible that she rents this apartment and demands too much commission which she is not entitled to !! According to the set. I advise everyone against this apartment and also from the real estate agent! So if you want peace and quiet and a clean building - this apartment or in general this real estate company is the worst!
