EXCELLENT
I live locally. Unfortunately, one of their staff member is rather rude and prejudiced towards people of colour. The rest of the staff are pleasant, but one of them has some serious attitude issues, she throws my shopping items with more force at the check out compared to the others. Never returns my greetings and just scowls at me. Rather unpleasant after many months, I have decided to shop elsewhere. Goodbye Spar branch.
Update (03/07/18): After getting an encouraging reply from Spar, I re-visited the branch. Unfortunately, I was served by the same staff member (she has bleached blonde hair) and she was worse than before. I am afraid the re-training had made her worse. I cried when I got home. I am not going back to my local Spar branch.
