I always buy at this Billa since 3 years. I encountered racist treatment with this old fat woman with brille (black/grey/white hair) at the kassa sometimesat the meat station. She is so unfriendly and kinda rude. I don't know if she still wants to work there or what. She only greets to people she knows or she wants to greet. Hopefully she knows how to show respect and be polite a little bit to all customers and not only to some. Maybe she better study customer service education. I am no longer comfortable going there.

Friendly staff. Unfortunately closed till just before Christmas 2017, for refurbishment.
