The staff at the meatsection is very helpful and friendly!

Although SPAR is a premium chain, generally offering quality, albeit overpriced products, this shop specifically is one to avoid at all cost. I've tried it on occasion when I'm pressed for time, and their unfriendly, unhelpful, and occasionally plain rude staff never fails to disappoint. This Saturday afternoon for example, 45 min. before closing time, they decided it would be a good idea to close one of the two cashier lines they have, even with 8 to 12 customers lined up in each. One would think that a pricey chain such as SPAR would invest a few Euros to train their staff. Customer Service in Austria is often criticized, though I generally haven't had any big complaints. Perhaps it is specifically this store that brings down the national average? :-)
