Have already booked and enjoyed many trips here quickly and satisfied, except 2 x maybe of 10 or so, but in one case it was my own fault because I did not pay attention to cancellation options and had to give away a luxury vacation, probably annoying me forever, I would have better where to donate and the 2 x was taken care of on vacation to find another accommodation, because what was planned was impossible, but otherwise everyone travel, good advice, quick processing was always very peaceful

The travel agency l'tur in Lugner City is highly recommended. Competent advice and very friendly staff! In this difficult Corona time, I wanted to thank the whole team, Ms. N. Salomon in particular went to great lengths to address my concerns. You are very valued as a customer. Unfortunately, I had to cancel (I also paid cancellation fees). Nevertheless, I would love to come back to this travel agency, my vacation will already begin here (maybe next year)! THANK YOU
