I am very dissatisfied with my order. The earrings I ordered are (partially) completely unusable and so soft that they bend so much when you close them that you can no longer wear them. With my request I turned to the shop, which was apparently unwilling to find a solution. I was told that this was normal and I am very annoyed about the uncompromising nature of the shop. The legal pursuit of my interests is not worthwhile due to the relatively low value of the earrings, but I would like to tell other interested parties about my bad experiences. I will definitely not order here again. Addendum because of the owner's answer: I have already contacted customer service. He was unwilling or unable to resolve the matter satisfactorily. It is normal and not a guarantee. No other agreement was considered.

The staff is very unfriendly and doesn't know anything about their own jewelry. You get the feeling they don't even know what they are selling. Unfortunately, the feedback is not taken seriously: /

The staff in Linz is very unfriendly and looks annoyed as soon as you try something! If you have any questions, just roll your eyes and you will feel unwelcome! Quite the opposite to Salzburg where the staff is friendly, competent and eager! I can only say that a lot of people around me would have bought a lot more if the staff were friendlier! Especially since the jewelry is really beautiful. It's a pity!

Jewelry was very nice but the staff was incredibly annoyed and unfriendly. All my friends also think it's a shame, because the jewelry would be really nice but the advice pulls the whole purchase down.

This is my first Google review, but I've been so annoyed that I'm now taking the time to do it. I was in the New One Shop in Linz this week. The staff was so annoyed and unfriendly as I have rarely seen. From rolling her eyes, puckering her mouth to sighing, everything was there. In addition to a birthday present, I actually wanted to buy something for myself. However, this treatment by the staff made me feel like it. New One is really good value for money. But the appearance of the staff is so impossible (also known in my circle of friends) that I prefer to go to a shop with more expensive goods.
