The woman who was at the cash desk today, December 9th, 2021 at 4 p.m., did not serve my friend because she could not process and sell a prepaid card from Netflix. She totally ignored my girlfriend and looked after other customers. She also yelled at the same friend's son months ago. That woman belongs out there. When my friend stood at the counter with the card in hand, the employee said it was confusing to type in the card. Very impolite. The other employees are very nice and courteous.
