Very friendly you should just make an appointment in advance would be better. But that has its advantages, a very friendly and humorous lady will only take care of you. You can express your wishes and get advice on top of that if you don't even know what suits you, she knows exactly and you will be very satisfied with your look. My rating is 5⭐ for the hairdresser, however 10⭐ because she fully responded to me and she was very friendly despite the situation with a mask because of Corona and also showed humor. Thanks again
