We wanted to visit the Hyundai i30n Performance and test drive it. It is not possible to say that the vehicle is new with 0km, and besides, everyone would just want to come and drive. Rarely heard such nonsense. When someone wants to buy a Mercedes, they go to Mercedes, not Hyundai. My brother drives an Audi A8 (list price is almost 90,000 euros). It's a shame that, as a prospective customer, you can't test a car that you like, whether you can handle it, and the needs such as chassis, engine, etc. also agree. In this case, the dealership is doing very well (despite Corona), because my brother, who works 13 hours a day and therefore also brings the necessary change, will probably have to look around at another dealer. At Audi, VW, Skoda and even Peugeot, a test drive was not a problem at all, with vehicles that cost well over 60,000 euros. In the end he bought a demonstration Audi A8 from VW. For this non-customer-oriented behavior, I can only award 1 star (zero would be better).

Catastrophe!! Only the woman at the reception managed that I never visit the dealer again. I had my winter tires changed and on the phone I said 3 times without balancing because this was done the last time again and again without me wanting it! Now this was the case again! I insisted that I don't pay for the balancing. Then the woman at the reception got louder and almost threw me out she said it was the last time and that no one would have given her. .. This woman definitely does not belong in the commercial sector.

Very unfriendly and extremely chaotic. It's funny when you want to demonstrate the car and the workshop asks you to repair the rear window wiper. You pick up the car and find that the defective rear wiper was criticized, but not repaired. You are told to report when the car is ready. If you then call hours later after the agreed time, you get to hear that the car is already forever ready. Warranty claim processing not possible because you do not recognize the warranty case despite emailed photos. It does mean something if I'd rather drive an hour to the dealer in Bregenzerwald than a few minutes to see Friesser.

Wanted to buy a Hyundai Tucson, you can't even test drive and won't be asked. Fortunately, Hyundai Scarlet gives you a different treatment. Bought one there. I don't need that, so unprofessional. Doesn't even have cars !!!
