Very good service. I was even able to pick up the motorhome a day earlier than originally booked 👍 (thanks) The Womo is very well equipped. It has everything you need on vacation. Well maintained. Great accessories (grill, seat chairs) We will definitely book again.

We reserved the mobile home Carado A464 (alcove) at Anaya very early on. On August 22nd, 2020 the time had come and, according to the email, the mobile home could be picked up at 9:00 am. But already the first surprise: An awning still had to be installed, well there can be, and on the side the briefing began, which was therefore rather meager. The takeover protocol seemed to be more important, in which every scratch, no matter how small (also barely visible), was documented. Anaya's advertising slogan is "get in and drive off", It is better not to take that seriously, but rather yourself beforehand make sure what else you should take with you, as the basic equipment is rather minimal. Part of the initial surprise was that we had to find out that excrement from the predecessor still had to be in the toilet cassette and produced a bad smell (apparently not properly or completely emptied). Tried TV at the first stand, but unfortunately no reception could be established (and no, there was no tree or anything else in the way) But it should be even better on departure the dish did not want to go into the park position, despite a call to Anaya we needed it a good 1 hour until it somehow drove in. It was less pleasant then in France when we wanted to drive through the Mont Blanc tunnel, toll due to excessive height (alcove structure) 185 € (the same as buses and trucks), so naturally we continued in France with horrific tolls. Think something like this could possibly be communicated to a newcomer to a campervan so that he can change the mobile home model or the route planning beforehand. After the advance warning that the awnings are very sensitive to wind, we were very careful. But it would also be important to provide suitable securing material in order to be able to secure them properly (not just small tent pegs) But of course a broken awning will be billed properly, which according to Anaya should happen more often. The camper should be fully fueled and the adblue should last about 3000km, It was annoying that after about 1000km the warning message for the fastest refill came on. The gas lighter also gave up after 3 days because it was empty. The small gas grill included in the basic equipment also shone with an almost empty gas cartridge, which meant that the only spare cartridge was needed. I think another full cartridge could be expected at this price! Despite this inconvenience, we didn't let our vacation be spoiled and thanks to the great luck with the weather we were able to get the best out of all locations. Back home, we were happy to have made it healthy and without damage, and so we started the final cleaning. On Saturday 5.9.2020 at around 10:00 am I brought the camper back to Röthis. In my opinion undamaged, with a full tank and at least as clean as taken over. The control was carried out by the employee, who apparently was not having her best day and was relatively unfriendly, especially when I pointed out the deficiencies mentioned at the beginning, she reacted very briskly. When filling out the return form, the vehicle was inspected all around, and she pointed out a small scratch (see photo) that I had never noticed before. Furthermore, the vehicle was no longer examined very closely. Because she seems to have found what she wanted and so, believe it or not, 408 € were deducted from the deposit for this small scratch. Me and my friends have already borrowed dozens of rental cars, but none of us have ever experienced anything like this and I doubt whether the amount is really appropriate. Conclusion: A vacation with the camper is quite nice, but it can also contain unpleasant surprises, especially if you book one with Anaya. I would therefore recommend one to everyone (as I fortunately do) Take out insurance for the deductible or, even better, rent the motorhome in nearby Germany.

We were absolute newcomers to camping and have now become fans. The equipment was more than sufficient for us (there were many things that I would not have thought of). The mobile home was very clean and as good as new, almost as if it had not been used. I felt more comfortable than in many hotel rooms (hygiene, bedding, ...). The briefing from Alex and his team was great. We got along well. We would love to book again.
