TIP TOP SERVICE
When I bought my new car last year, I received very nice advice. When I was with you recently about a few minor problems, my car wasn't even looked at, I was just told that there is probably nothing that can be done anyway. I'm really disappointed, I would have expected more from your customer service. Too bad.
Once and never again. When you come into the shop you stand there as ordered and not picked up. Nobody cares about you or asks if they can help.
The advice was miserable, an answer á la “The spare part is no longer available, bad luck” is absolutely not service-oriented. I don't go there anymore. Too bad.
