Update, 10/11/2020 -> 2 stars As it turned out, my advisor was already in the process of resignation. This explains some of what didn't go so well. After the whole story, I canceled the car and will look elsewhere. The new advisor was very willing and friendly. Unfortunately, I was annoyed too much and we couldn't come to an agreement, even after some discussions with the new advisor. Original 09/10/2020 -> 1 star On October 25, 2019 I ordered an Opel Corsa-e with a delivery date in March 2020. As is known, Corona came and the delivery date was postponed for the first time by 2.5 months to June (I fully understand that). When I didn't hear anything about the alleged delivery date, I was told several times that I would get it next week in June. When the week had passed again without hearing anything from the dealership, I asked again when the car would finally be there. Then they said that it will not come in June after all and I was assured a delivery date no later than 08/21/2020. This is now 3 weeks overdue today on 09/10/2020 and I have neither heard nor received any information about when the delivery date should be. What extremely annoys me is that appointments are not kept and even if I have to call at least 2 times to ask for an answer. The advice is also not really competent. I understand that the electric car is new. Nevertheless, you should know about questions about technical aspects if these are identical for the combustion engine and the electric car. The two customer service representatives also shift responsibility to each other and you don't get an answer from either, even after asking several times. Here I really have the feeling that I am being left alone and that by and large the prevailing opinion is that one can be happy to be able to buy a car here.
