Very unfriendly, not customer oriented. No greeting of the passengers, we were no longer allowed to go to the toilet, the driver didn't even know how to lower the sun visor, he ran his hand over his face so that it didn't dazzle him. We accidentally mixed up a suitcase and the driver just wanted to sell the right one to another driver even though the passenger told him that it was not his. When we called the office, they just said they didn't have time and they hung up. The next day we tried it again and it was just our fault that the suitcase was gone. They don't know where ours is either. Although the driver took him back because, as we learned later, the other passenger understandably did not want to take him We brought the wrong suitcase back to the passenger straight away. The address was on the suitcase. But we still don't have ours ... This incident happened to our grandparents, who are already 79 years old and wanted to go on a trip and are very disappointed with this company.

Everything was great on our trip to Scotland. The bus was absolutely clean. Our bus drivers Carsten and Raphael were always helpful and very friendly and always brought us safely to our destinations. We all felt really comfortable. Gladly again!

Unfortunately, the buses are not quite modern and the legroom leaves a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, there is no convenience such as WiFi, sockets, etc. In addition, eating food is prohibited.
