Super service, friendly & professional
We have very good impressions from the team of second-hand car sellers, but not from the sellers of new cars
Friendly advice and patient troubleshooting. The workshop manager Markus and the young mechanic did everything they could to fix the manufacturer's absurd mistake. The software update takes a long time, but the team made the waiting time entertaining with lots of interesting information. The free replacement car was offered but was not required.
I have had a good experience and will be back if any problems arise.
Very clean and tidy specialist workshop.
