Ski boot fitting very professional and very thorough.
Included a pre- fit shell moulding then a seperate shell and sock heat fitting, with foam pads on the foot pressure points in the sock. Also cool pads used to get the boot shell cooled after the fitting.
Good with answering questions and patient when it came to communicating technical points in 2 languages.
The fit is really good but I have yet to test on the slopes, however there is the Promise that they'll keep making adjustments until it's perfect, if needed.
Bertchtold give a good reason to support your local, family-owned businesses rather than some of the dubious national companies in Austria.
The price was no more than all the rest, but the service was better and advice was more relevant!

Unfortunately, it is not possible to buy Christmas presents as they can only be exchanged for one week. The exchange is possible until January at the competition. Then just bought there.
Whether in lockdown or in "normal times": Service, quality, advice and friendliness are always the best! We are always super satisfied and always like to shop at Berchtold Sport + Mode !!!
