I can only speak of my experience: Either you get overpowered "schnicki schnacki here - schnicki schnacki there", or a so-called mass processing, in which my simply notices that it is about sales and additional sales.
Of course, this business also lives off of it, no question about it, but it is in no way forced or thrown around your neck. I'm hard to come by anyway. This empathy and this very pleasant service get all stars from me.
