During my visit and my inquiry, there was no order: replacement of a parking brake servomotor. I thought it would be a simple matter. A gentleman said to my request: "Macha ma ned".
Because of the tone of voice, out of self-protection, I refrained from further discussion or a question (Why not, what would it take? ").
Much too expensive, rather unfriendly, one employee anti-social ..
Otherwise it's okay :)
