I wanted to buy a high-quality pendulum parasol, but there was no responsible employee in the garden department. After waiting several minutes, I asked the curtain department and the employee then tried to reach the person in charge by phone, but without success. After waiting a few more minutes, the bed linen department tried again to contact the person responsible, but again without success. After waiting 20 minutes it was enough for me and I left the furniture store. I haven't experienced such bad service in a long time. Nobody felt responsible and somehow tried to help me. I won't be entering this furniture store anytime soon. If you don't need to sell something, you can expect a bad rating.
Kika is not able to process a sales contract in such a way that the export to Switzerland works. The staff is unable to identify and solve problems. Although the mistake was clearly committed on the part of Kika. The whole thing caused a lot of effort for us, just because the employee at the information desk refused to correct the error. Thanks for nothing. That was our last purchase from Kika.
