I don't normally write reviews, but this time I want to warn others. The first time I was at Scheucher with a defective extractor circuit board, please use it to order a new one or to repair it. Unfortunately, that was not possible. Below I am in another shop, which "patched" the part for 10 € :) This was about a year ago. The second time I came into contact with Scheucher to repair my broken dishwasher. He came to me relatively promptly to take a look at the device. Diagnosis: water meter defective. Part will be ordered and installed within ~ 7 days. Nothing heard from Scheucher for 10 days, well, he will probably have stress, I thought. Another 4 days later I made a phone call and I was told that he would come over next week. 3 weeks have passed, still nothing. I call again, the mechanic is not there, he will come next week. Now 5 weeks have passed since the first visit, still no visit or at least a call from Scheucher. The last time I called today was I told that he couldn't order the part at all? I beg your pardon? So I'm really a bit pissed, you will be held up for 5 weeks to be told that you can't find the part? It also occurred to me that the operator (Ms. Hofer) has no plan for what she is doing at all. Combined with your rather unfriendly tone, I have to say that this shop is a real juice store. Sorry. Hands off!
