Horrific working conditions. Shop and storage rooms are a complete mess. Very hierarchic leadership. Completely outdated. Owner does not treat workers with respect.

When it comes to visualization, digitization, videos and much more, you're in good hands. The ambition of the employees themselves to find a solution for something special and to understand things why something goes wrong or by default are not what you want is simply unique. I can only warmly recommend to anyone to make an offer and to discuss it in person or best to look at it!
