If possible, please add a power rack + two bench press stations. The Power Rack Station is best in the back room where the kettlebells are! Would be really cool! Then there are definitely five stars!

This is a negative review of the John Harris company itself and has nothing to do with the coaches from the John Harris in the atrium.
Why? I regularly go to the back exercises training on Mondays, which was always varied and very professionally led by the trainer Alexandra. Now it is no longer there - and why?
A clientele that had already attracted negative attention several times chatted and disturbed the lesson, did the exercises incorrectly and the trainer approached them. This clientele then wrote a negative Google review (which, surprisingly, is no longer online) and as a result the instructions from the John Harris headquarters in Vienna to immediately dismiss the trainer.
A request from me to the management about this very questionable and inhuman approach with the request for an opinion was simply ignored.
I would like to take this opportunity to show which corporate culture is apparently behind John Harris and that the health of customers is apparently less important than Google ratings.
I expect coaches to tell me if I'm not doing exercises properly because it's about my health. That won't happen in the future if something like this leads to job loss.
Wide range of exercise equipment, friendly and helpful trainers, clean and well maintained. Of course this is reflected in the price, but if you can afford it is definitely to be preferred to the whole "20 € per month" center.
