If you have the opportunity to buy your jewelry somewhere else, take it! My engagement ring was purchased here, and within the first 4 months it broke again and again and again (the gold band simply split down the middle!). We kept asking them to replace the ring, and they insisted that wasn't their "store policy", choosing instead to repair it each time it broke.
Now, I probably wouldn't go out of my way to write a review if it was just the poor quality of the product. But it was the awful experience I had each and every time I had to return to this store that led me to this. The staff are so unfriendly, unenthusiastic, and pretentious, it's unbelievable. I dreaded having to come back here, and if the ring breaks again, I am seriously considering just buying a different one somewhere else, simply so I don't have to deal with this family again.

Absolutely TOP, to say it in advance, I don't have a plan for jewelry, but when I need something from the embossing, describe what I'm looking for and whack a lot of suitable suggestions and at a really fair price. The toping to it, really friendly service, even in work gear you are not treated condescendingly as is often the case in upscale circles.
