I asked the woman to glue the broken ring together! The woman there is not at all interested in the sales !! She said - she can't and can't help me (?!?!) I just bought glue from UHU at Spar and glued the ring together myself! The woman there is not at all technically gifted! I glued the broken ring together myself! Ugh!

It was once a great thing, but it has somehow become the day before yesterday. Very inflexible for items that are not in stock, apparently no modern merchandise management system. Warehouse inquiries, but also branch inquiries are not possible and the delivery times are no longer up to date. I suspect that the company's management has aged with the company and that there is no modern business model with new ideas - again somehow a shame!

Grind 4 knives. Knives were then dull, it was a paragraph honed in, so that could not be cut and the whole for outrageous 45 €! Have the knives brought to the Knife Well-named, PERFECT! And that at 33 €.

Our kitchen knife has flown 3 times around the CEO's ears. The grinding wheel of the machine was defective. He guided the knife by hand. The angle was not right. The knife had a dent afterwards. After we complained, he yelled at us and said his service was professional ... never again!
