I really can not understand the negative rating before that. We had an emergency and Bernd was able to help us immediately on the phone and free us from this predicament. Immediately thereafter, he came in person although he was still on vacation and repaired everything within minutes. Best service, friendliness and konpetenz. Difficult strange invoice processing. Arrives without registering for a defective mailbox. Will then immediately collect 35 € and when you say that you don't have any cash on hand, he sends you an invoice with a 120% surcharge !! I urgently advise against this locksmith.
