Positive: - Good upgrade due to the Platinum Member status (however, the requested bed type was not taken into account). - COVID-19 measures are taken very seriously everywhere in the hotel incl. breakfast. - View from the Restaurant is very nice. - Breakfast was good. Negative: - Opening hours of the SPA area were stated incorrectly in the welcoming flyer, which very negatively impacted our stay. I would say, absolute no go for a SPA hotel.

Friendly service and the charging stations in the garage are great. Super friendly service even late at night. The rooms and facilities were spotless clean.

On January trip to Austria, no heater working in the room and asked for service. But crew brought the portable heater. They said technician is not on duty. We stayed two night with portable heater. Luckily. Weather is not that cold as Austria winter. Also, room is not clean as four star hotel, I found a lot of dust on every corner and behind curtain. Only two star is for wonderful view.
