Many thanks for the help. I sent a pest photo and was contacted within 20 minutes. Due to the pest, I even got the appointment for the control on the same day (Friday!). It was a bit more expensive (normal overtime premium) because it was outside normal working hours - but absolutely fair and by no means exaggerated! Advice and implementation were TOP!

Very friendly telephone advice and the implementation was absolutely TOP! Have been with clothes moths for years always problems and have never got it alone completely under control. It really makes sense to turn to a professional - NOW, finally, the annoying critters are really gone.
