The first and the last time that I book vacation here. We were NEVER told that my partner needed a visa for our travel destination - in the end, we were informed about this a week before departure. I have received no help or support; on the contrary, I was told that it was our own fault ;-). The only option was apparently "cancel". When I took it into my own hands, everything still worked.

Good advice and friendly service. On Saturday generally always crowded and waiting longer, so it is worth going during the week.
