When it comes to advice, the team and professional work, she & He certainly deserves 5 stars. In 1.5 years I was allowed to have a facial and several foot care appointments and was always very satisfied. Unfortunately there was probably a misunderstanding in December and after the very unfriendly communication, I do not want to go there again and will look for another studio. It's a shame. I wrote down the wrong appointment and was called a week earlier and asked where I was. I could not come at the time because I had noted the appointment a week later. Despite several apologies, the answer was a short “OK” and no further comment was issued. I was very sorry and wanted to call again in the new year to make an appointment. A week later (the appointment that I had actually noted), I was called again and asked where I was. Of course, I couldn't be completely perplexed at this point, because I was told a week ago that I had noted the wrong date. Same game again: very tight, annoyed communication and then just hung up. I can well imagine that punctual or forgetful customers are not exactly pleasant. I also apologized for the circumstances several times. How I dealt with this incident and myself as a customer, I find anything but friendly (especially since I still think I have noted the right date).
