Very bad advice, actually no !!!!!! Zero interest from the staff! Actually, I should have advised against the booked hotel! One is put under pressure, with the excuse that another customer wants to book the same offer, otherwise this offer is gone! 😞 Never again will I book there again! No recommendation!

Rarely experienced something incompetent. MRS G. does not respond to calls or anything else for more than a week. Sometimes it is said that she is not there. Then she is on vacation. Then she "allegedly" waiting for an e-mail !!! Apart from the fact that she has booked me a trip and has not informed me that I have to apply for a passport (I am a Bosnian citizen). Was sent back directly at the airport. Of course, the lady immediately contacted. No feedback until today. My money too !!!!
