If I want to get my favorite products in the morning, I don't get them half the time !! Something is definitely not ready, it is particularly noticeable when the younger generation is at work. The goods themselves are excellent, that's why I unfortunately go back again and again and, with a few exceptions, I come almost every day !!! I usually buy in the Kaiserstraße but if I don't get what I would like there, I'll switch to the other filials, even to Hard and that's annoying. That's why only one star from me. I ask for your attention, thank you!

Very unfriendly staff! Take advantage of the corona crisis to simply throw out customers who cannot wear mns! I've never seen anything like it. I am shocked and advise everyone against visiting there. These employees should be properly trained in customer service. Never again.
