Be careful when using Leki hiking sticks. The telescopic lock does not work reliably. There is a particular risk when descending that the stick will suddenly and suddenly collapse. Latest model Leki Sherpa. Complaints with Leki came to nothing which disappointed us very much. We are now using our old Komperell telescopic poles again.

Absolutely friendly customer service! Got a Leki walking stick (Micro-Vario-Carbon) at Hervis Steyr (would never buy anything here again) which unfortunately had a short use. After weeks of back and forth with Hervis Steyr I was exchanged the stick for a single call with Leki Austria quite uncomplicated! Simply TOP! Will continue to buy LEKI products (not anymore at Hervis Steyr!)
