Very well organized office, facilitated with a huge parking , great help desk and helpful staff
We were sent a fine because we left the documents for entering Austria at home. Good. We paid the fine and after 2 months came a letter stating that the fine had not been paid and had to pay it + a penalty.
Nobody responds to the e-mail !!! You can't call the phone! Terror
Arrogant and corrupt pack: I get slowed down on the highway and then I get a penalty for it.
You could at least have the decency to answer mails and letters!
After all, the buses are so ridiculously cheap that the effort isn't even worth it ...
In the future I will know how to take advantage of this ... there will be a tip for future speed buses;)
You wait 5 months for an appointment to find out the next day that you are not registered at all. You also don't get any information plus a total of 40 minutes in the earte loop
Long waiting times, try to contact an administrator for 2 days. Possibly one should increase staff. I'm not surprised that people go crazy.
