I forgot the charging cable of my laptop in Sankt Anton. Arlberg Express sent it on the next bus, and I was able to pick it up in Zurich. Fantastic service! Very friendly driver too.

The bus was waiting in Zurich at the appointed time. The driver was very courteous and helpful stowing our luggage away. The bus itself is quite beautiful, luxurious and comfortable. The trip is picturesque and we had snow a fair bit of the way. The driver dropped us off at the hotel and we were most pleased with the whole service.
