I was very satisfied and would come again and again because she is the best hairdresser I know.

I was with my dear wife Manuela on Thursday morning (09/10/2020) at dear Rebecca from the dm hairdressing team Bürs for an appointment for a men's haircut with hair color and for a trend styling with beautiful curls for my dear wife. Due to the temporary construction work in Bürs, our appointment took place in the Rankweil branch. We felt very, very comfortable with Rebecca herself as well as with the dear trainee Tugce and we always had new, interesting conversations. We have also learned a lot from the two dear girls from the technical point of view and found out what my dear wife in particular will pay attention to in the future. And since we really liked it with Rebecca and Tugce, we have already started planning a new appointment in the then reopened and remodeled Bürs store;) We are both really looking forward to it;)
It is still a shame and astonishing that there are no hairdressing and cosmetic studios from dm in Germany :( especially since the shops in Germany usually have much more space
Worst haircut of my life! Unfortunately the name of the guy no longer knows (should have come from the Middle East) but absolutely incapable, has never been so disappointed! Only positive: NOTHING!
I quickly needed a hairdressing appointment and have decided to go to DM. As soon as I arrived, there were problems, as they exchanged me with another customer in the calendar. Thus, first had to be clarified for a long time, who has time for me at all. The hairdresser was not exactly gentle. I do not mind pulling my hair, but it was on the edge of pain. I wanted to dye my hair light brown, but the end result was almost black. Way too expensive. This visit costs me over 100 only for washing, dyeing and blow-drying. At the concert I pay so much additional cutting. For me, mass processing is without regard to the customer. Never had such a headache after a hairdresser visit.
