As an American, sometimes it's difficult to find good customer service abroad. However, Patrick at Intersport Bürs gave me one of the best experiences I've ever had anywhere. True, I did drop €1000+ on skis and Boots and various other items, but even still, I am very satisfied with my purchases. He had me try on at least 6 pairs of boots before I chose the most comfortable pair. Then, after a day of skiing, I came back in and he spent an hour customizing the fit with a bunch of large machines that heated and cooled the boots to the shape of my weird, messed up feet. Then I came in again at the end of my ski trip and requested he remove the bindings from my skis to fit in my partners ski bag so I wouldn't have to buy one. He did it right away, no problem.
