Mobile phone contract was extended without much back and forth, without a customer password. A few days later I wanted to change from a micro SIM to a nano SIM (same number), suddenly the customer password was important! (Forgot customer password) It wouldn't work without it !? Kindly I was helped with the service hotline, even without a customer password. For me it is questionable whether I need this password or not! Wouldn't it be important if you extended your contract?
