Great accommodations, owners couldn't be more helpful and nice - ski passes, dinner reservations, etc.
I used to visit this hotel 4-5 times in the past, this year I booked 3 months ago and last week they told me that there wasn't a room available. No solution was offered to stay in an other hotel in the same period... very disappointed :-( Trying to find something lastminute now. I'm really sad...we looked forward to celebrating a special anniversary together with my wife and daughter
Too bad that there are only 5 stars, I would have loved to have given more, because the hotel is great - the rooms are very cozy and leave nothing to be desired, as is the breakfast, which is stunning and still strengthens you for a long day on the slopes. After the slopes, the snack with apple pie kneels down to get you in shape again. In the evening another beer at the bar and the god in France can be stolen;) The staff is great, in short everything is great and can't be improved :)

Enchanting hotel, friendly staff, nothing is missing! Wellness with steam bath, sauna and infrared. And there is often a little bit of attention from the Walch family.
