Very rude and incompetent. My wife wanted a new key for her Mercedes car and was given very rude and incorrect advice. You have to come with your passport and type of vehicle ??? half an hour later at Mercedes Auer the whole thing was done in 20 minutes. Can only recommend everyone not to go there.
Very competent and friendly staff. During my visit I spontaneously needed a rental car and received one without any problems. Everything fine. I can only warmly recommend this Mercedes company.
