Hans and Gilg Mitterhofer completed this church in 1478. Of this, the masonry of the north choir and the north walls of the nave are preserved. 1490 -1502 third construction phase; As the population increased rapidly, an extension of the existing church was built according to plans of the Munich architect and sculptor Erasmus Grasser, construction supervision Christof Reichartiger. The result was a hall church with two main and two aisles and two choirs, the nave extended to 6 yokes and a representative west facade was created. Die Koche is the largest hall church in Tyrol and has four ships. It is lush and well equipped and belongs to m. E. next to the silver mine to the highlights of Schwaz.
