I recently started my own business and wanted to be informed about income tax. Instead of helping me, the lady on the phone was rude, unprofessional and unbearable. I've never seen anything like it in my life.
After a long wait of 7 minutes ... I was simply thrown out of the line ... 6 minutes tried the same thing again ... ...
Such a cheeky people on the phone I have not yet experienced !!! .... Are naughty only to foreign people ???? ....
I can only say how to deal with someone on the phone is a disaster !!! If you can tell by phone that the employees are tense then you have to change something !!!! And the worst thing is that you did not even finish his sentence and that you hang up.
An impudence !!!
