After an accident with a motorcycle, our mobile home was towed to the Lechtal dealership. There we were welcomed in a very friendly manner. The first night we were able to spend the night in our broken car on the workshop grounds. Then they could provide us with an equivalent mobile home for 1 week and we were able to continue our planned trip to South Tyrol. When we returned to the dealership, our car was almost finished, but the boss, Mr. Wolf, did everything to ensure that the car was finished. Our very big thanks go to him, his family and the employees. I've never experienced such a service.
Nobody wishes you breakdown during a vacation. Should that nevertheless happen then everything will be done to assist you in a friendly and good way to minimize the inconvenience.
After we had to make an emergency stop in Innsbruck from the Italian car park in Innsbruck, we ran aground in the Lechtal car dealership because the brakes were stuck and glowing.
The Lechtal dealership was full, but since we were stranded with two small children, the boss looked at the damage. Conclusion - no further journey possible (quite in contrast to the car park in Innsbruck, who thought that a further journey would be problem-free - but probably would have ended in the ditch or worse if the brakes on the motorway had burned away). But in the Lechtal dealership, not only the spare parts were procured on the same day. No, the master screwed until late in the evening to get our Ford back on the road. In the meantime we got a rental car to entertain the toddlers somehow.
All in all: THIS IS HOW SERVICE! OUR BIG THANKS TO THE CAR DEALER AND MASTER! WE COME HOME GOOD AND, HEALTHY, HEALTHY. KEEP IT UP!

After a major wheel bearing damage, my Fiat Ducato motorhome in Reutte was out of order on a Saturday in September 2019. After a tip of the Pannenhelfers I turned to Mr. Wolf. He looked at the damage at short notice and ordered the spare parts. With the arrival of the parts on Tuesday, the vehicle was towed to the workshop. Planned orders were even postponed for that reason. The Erstzteilversorgung does not work within hours, as with us in the Rhineland. Another spare part needed another waiting time until the next day. With the efforts of the whole team we were able to continue our journey late on Wednesday evening.
I can understand in no way the negative reviews posted here on Google. A rogue who thinks evil!
