In January 2017 I spontaneously bought a very nice "All Blacks" watch while on vacation and enjoyed it every day. Since the watch started beeping uncontrollably and could no longer be set properly, I called Ms. Beirer. Although the watch was really affordable, I was treated like a king: I sent the watch back and was even allowed to choose a model because the same version was no longer available. I received the watch of my choice sent to Germany free of charge. If there were 6 stars for service and friendliness, I would award it.
