Very friendly and helpful compared to ignorant Czech autoservices.
I had some problems with my A3 on my last trip day to Austria.
Mr. Luis Robitsch personally checked what was wrong with my car, no tehnician beeing available saturday near closing time.
He managed to erase all the error codes stored in my ECU and that was enough so I could get back home safely that day!

We have been driving a Cross Polo TSI since April 2017. The car is almost fully equipped and has an excellent chassis. A really great car in this class, which gives us joy on every kilometer!
Car salesmen like Mr. Willi Schneeberger (VW), who sold us the car, or at Audi, Mr. Johannes Robitsch, are as rare as a 6 in the lottery. (These are the gentlemen who advised us.)
The good feeling starts as soon as you enter the company, where the ladies and gentlemen from the receptionist warmly welcome all customers! Likewise in the same pace - friendly and competent - the line to the customer and service advisors is continued.
All in all, we see ourselves well advised and in good hands at Pontiller, which has "reinvented itself" since the new building.
