Unfortunately also unofficial dog exercise zone. But once the construction projects next door have been completed, expansion and embellishment can be expected - I suppose.

Live next to this park for 4 years. Every day dogs run around here without a leash or muzzle and leave their piles everywhere. In a small corner with concrete benches, young people often sit and consume alcohol and drugs. I've never seen the police here in 4 years. The only plus point are the two small hills where you can go sledding in winter. Otherwise the park is rather littered and looks neglected. I really feel sorry for children who are allowed to play in this dog toilet sandpit.
