Thank you so much for your help and the great service! I'm very happy that the ring is fixed!! I had a good contact by e-mail with Christoph and I was really glad the brilliant could be replaced for free. It was not a problem that they had to send it to the Netherlands and I didn't had to wait very long.

You might understand something about jewelry there, unfortunately not about watches! Don't wear watches to repair! You can't! Got my watch broken again than brought there. After looking for a real watchmaker (Mr. Pargger) this matter was not a problem! At Clockwerk, which also belongs to Palla watches, I bought an Armani watch for my husband. The 6 months after purchase disintegrated. They also tried to repair them, unsuccessfully! Then sent the watch in myself. After all, it works again. That being said, there are no batteries there for certain watch models. Strangely elsewhere. Conclusion: 3x been there, 3x very unsatisfied to leave the store (s)! Can not understand the good ratings on FB in any way!
