Made the seat back and seat to be reupholstered with artificial leather (very simple design). It was agreed that it would be completed within 2 - 3 weeks, the cost estimate was not without! After 5 weeks no information from the company, In the 6th week I found the parts in the shop exactly where I put them back then, With a shrug, the clerk acknowledged that I was taking the parts back with me. Is it asking too much to inform the customer in any way? This unreliability does not justify a positive rating!
