The "dealer" is a shame for the PORSCHE brand. The management of Porsche Innsbruck-Mitterweg has no interest in customer satisfaction and the service employees are not worthy to be allowed to wear the Porsche emblem on their chest! CONCLUSION: NOT RECOMMENDED!
My experiences so far have been positive and the staff was courteous and friendly. No comparison to partner company Vowa. If you need an Audi workshop, I can recommend it without reservation.
